The Challenge
Extra Space Self Storage in Albuquerque needed a new HVAC and gas detection control system to replace costly and less efficient competitor solutions. The project requirements included:

The Strato Solution
Enersys Company deployed Strato’s V3 controls platform across 14 air handling units (AHUs) and 4 exhaust units (EUHs), leveraging G-36 sequences for optimized performance. The solution included
